Book reviewIts no good producing your own food with your self sufficiency projects to see any of it going to waste. This book is an essential Know how type book for anyone to get started. The book gives tips on freezing, drying ,clamping or pickling are abundant and it is soon obvious that you have already got your money back on this book by making your produce go further. The book style is light hearted but informative not over-worthy as my wife describes the writing style of some self sufficiency authors. Order Online here
